This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
β’ Act as the main technical liaison for designated accounts from the onboarding process through to renewal.
β’ Take full ownership of customer deployments from start to finish, which includes MDM/UEM setup, enrollment strategies, SIEM and identity integrations, MTD connectors, and rollout planning.
β’ Conduct regular technical reviews and health assessments, identify areas for improvement in adoption, and lead them to resolution.
β’ Manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
β’ Provide counsel to customers regarding identified threats, including triage, containment, and follow-up investigations in partnership with the Threat Ops team.
β’ Identify and proactively address knowledge gaps in personal expertise through self-guided learning.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bring field intelligence that influences the product roadmap.
β’ Keep deployment guides, integration references, runbooks, and FAQs updated in coordination with Support and Solutions teams.
β’ Assist Account Executives with expansion and renewal efforts by technically validating new use cases.
β’ Travel to client locations for on-site workshops, business reviews, and events.
β’ Practical experience with Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, Hexnode, and similar platforms.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Apple/Android mobile supervision, enrollment (ADE/DEP, Android Enterprise), and ownership models.
β’ Relevant knowledge of compliance regulations, conditional access, app protection policies, and BYOD architecture.
β’ Strong understanding of the mobile threat landscape, including app risks, smishing, spyware, and zero-click exploits.
β’ Capable of discussing the role of mobile security within the larger security framework, including SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and identity management.
β’ Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with security architects or SOC leaders.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position within a security or enterprise software organization.
β’ Proven track record of managing technical outcomes for enterprise accounts.
β’ Excellent technical writing abilities for creating runbooks, integration guides, and summaries for customers.
β’ Skilled at managing conflicting priorities across various accounts and communicating effectively during escalations.
β’ Demonstrates executive presence and can adapt communication style as needed.
β’ Proficient in English.
β’ Authorized to work in the country of residence.
β’ Willing to travel.
β’ Experience with mobile threat defense or endpoint security products in production environments is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with Zimperium, MS Defender for Mobile, Lookout, and Zscaler is advantageous.
β’ Experience with NIS2, GDPR, DORA, FedRAMP, or CMMC in an advisory capacity is beneficial.
β’ Background in supporting customers in cybersecurity, government, defense, or financial services is a plus.
