This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of their workflows, environments, and support requirements.
β’ Track support cases, identify trends, and assess escalation risks.
β’ Collaborate with Technical Support, Product teams, Customer Success Managers, and other internal departments for prompt follow-up and resolution.
β’ Assist in customer success account planning, conduct business reviews, and fulfill agreed-upon customer success initiatives.
β’ Keep account documentation, action items, and support insights up to date.
β’ Organize case reviews, coaching sessions, support process integration, user insights, and other Technical Support Management Services, led by TAM or TAS.
β’ Stay informed about Autodesk Water Infrastructure products, customer workflows, and relevant industry standards.
β’ Provide product and industry insights to enhance customer outcomes.
β’ Advocate for customer needs, concerns, and feedback internally to guide prioritization, product escalation discussions, account planning, and customer success initiatives.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams across APAC, the USA, Europe, and India.
β’ B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or a related field.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in water infrastructure, water resources modeling, hydraulic modeling, or asset performance modeling.
β’ Experience in a customer-facing role, consulting, subject matter expert, or project delivery is preferred.
β’ Proven knowledge of hydraulic modeling, asset performance modeling, and Esri GIS within customer or project delivery contexts.
β’ Proficient in developing and presenting technical documentation, recommendations, or customer-oriented technical materials.
β’ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate customer outcomes, resolve issues, and achieve shared customer success objectives.
β’ Strong customer focus, including a grasp of customer needs, managing expectations, prioritizing numerous tasks, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Familiarity with Autodesk Water Infrastructure products such as InfoWater Pro, InfoWorks WS Pro, or InfoWorks ICM in a water utility or engineering consulting setting.
β’ Experience in business development, customer success, technical account management, or customer-facing technical consulting is highly valued.
β’ Experience serving as a subject matter expert, design lead, project manager, or technical advisor on hydraulic modeling or water infrastructure initiatives.
β’ Capability to proactively monitor customer issues, pinpoint risks, coordinate internal follow-up, and facilitate timely resolutions.
β’ Ability to quickly learn new products, workflows, and technical concepts and apply them in customer-facing scenarios.
β’ Experience navigating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
β’ Ability to operate independently with moderate to minimal supervision, take initiative, anticipate customer or project needs, and see tasks through to completion.
β’ Occasional after-hours work may be necessary.
β’ Some travel or on-site customer engagement may be required.
