Tech Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical leaders to convert client business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and enhance data models that support business processes and reporting requirements.

• Create and maintain technical design documentation, which includes architecture diagrams and detailed specifications.

• Lead and oversee development teams, monitoring tasks, priorities, and deliverables using JIRA or similar project management tools.

• Supervise project progress, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

• Encourage knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and implement development best practices.

• Define, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines effectively.

• Ensure compliance with development standards, governance, and best practices.

• Act as a technical resource for problem-solving and complex decision-making.

• Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency throughout the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with functional consultants and technical leaders in gathering requirements and designing solutions.

• Strong proficiency in data modeling and database design.

• Solid background in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Proven experience in team management, process organization, and task tracking utilizing JIRA or similar tools.

• Experience in mentoring and enabling development teams through knowledge sharing practices.

• Practical experience with CI/CD processes and tools.

• Advanced technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle technologies, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS or APEX, BIP (BI Publisher), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
