This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
β’ Deliver technical leadership and expertise to clients utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
β’ Oversee and direct the technical team managing Power Apps and Power Automate cases.
β’ Assist in case resolution and diagnose intricate issues.
β’ Replicate issues in a controlled environment prior to reaching conclusions.
β’ Analyze error telemetry, run histories, logs, and platform errors to identify appropriate solutions.
β’ Offer technical guidance and support to team members on complex matters and escalations.
β’ Evaluate technical solutions for quality, precision, and compliance with support standards.
β’ Mentor and support team members to enhance their troubleshooting and technical skills.
β’ Address issues related to Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications, including formulas, expressions, delegation, controls, performance, and load times.
β’ Troubleshoot issues concerning data sources, connectors, Dataverse, environments, ALM, licensing, and entitlements.
β’ Manage Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA, approvals, scheduled flows, integration, throttling, API limits, retry policies, performance, and DLP issues.
β’ Document clear case notes and provide customer-facing updates.
β’ Properly escalate cases with comprehensive evidence when they fall outside the scope.
β’ Contribute reusable solutions to the knowledge repository.
β’ Meet standards for response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to address critical issues.
β’ Ensure the team adheres to established technical and support procedures.
β’ Stay actively involved with Power Apps and Power Automate technical challenges while leading the team.
β’ Guarantee timely escalations, appropriate case documentation, and compliance with customer support standards.
β’ Work assigned rotational shifts and remain logged in and available during those hours.
β’ Complete Gigmos onboarding, client-specific training, and required client certifications before managing live cases.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in Power Automate and Power Apps in a support capacity.
β’ Practical experience in building and supporting canvas and model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate flows in a real-world setting.
β’ Proficient understanding of Dataverse, connectors, environments, and Power Platform security concepts.
β’ Capability to troubleshoot based on error messages, run histories, and logs rather than through trial and error.
β’ Excellent written communication skills in English.
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
β’ Dependable high-speed internet, a functioning computer, and a quiet workspace throughout the shift.
β’ Willingness to work in rotational shifts and comply with the client's security and data handling protocols.
β’ Experience in building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate in a support role.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead position overseeing technical teams.
β’ Preferred: Microsoft certifications PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
β’ Preferred: Background in a customer-facing support or service desk environment with SLAs.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
β’ Preferred: Experience in managing technical escalations and mentoring technical teams.
β’ Preferred: Proficiency in an additional language besides English.
