Tech Lead – SISNET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead development teams technically on projects utilizing SISnet.

• Engage in the functional and technical design of solutions.

• Coordinate corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.

• Manage and oversee developments, integrations, and deployments.

• Define and promote quality standards and best development practices.

• Participate in processes for updating and migrating SISnet versions.

• Collaborate with functional and business areas to analyze requirements and propose solutions.

• Identify technical risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Provide mentorship and technical support to developers and analysts.

• Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence capabilities within the SISNET ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in SISNET projects, with both functional and technical knowledge of the platform.

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or technical reference for development teams.

• Ability to define solution architectures, integration patterns, and best development practices in enterprise environments.

• Experience in processes for updating and migrating SISNET versions.

• Interest and capability to identify, evaluate, and promote AI in the SISnet environment and the insurance business.

• Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Maven, Oracle, REST, and SOAP.
