Tech Lead – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and nurture the Engineering team;

• Make informed technical choices and address intricate challenges;

• Uphold established standards and practices in the field, guiding the team to convert business logic into high-quality code;

• Define and implement new features;

• Analyze and discuss issues and proposed solutions, consistently striving for the most effective technical resolution for encountered challenges;

• Communicate pertinent technical information to the business and other stakeholders involved in product and solution development (team members, other leads, managers, stakeholders, etc.);

• Review the code submitted by the team, offering constructive feedback;

• Assist the team in decomposing large tasks into manageable and cohesive components;

• Monitor solutions in production, assessing errors, performance, and availability;

• Stay abreast of market trends, identify innovation opportunities, and guide the team in adopting solutions that enhance the company’s growth and competitiveness;

• Collaborate on enhancements or new benchmarks for the Engineering knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in mobile development using Android, iOS, Flutter, or .NET MAUI / Xamarin.Forms;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;

• Expertise in the MVVM architectural pattern;

• Proficiency in native development utilizing Handlers/Renderers;

• Understanding of Software Architecture, principles, and design patterns;

• Knowledge of the inner workings of native platforms, including versioning, permissions, activities, view controllers, fragments, and related concepts;

• Skills in conflict resolution, decision-making, assertive communication, and strategic vision.
