This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Develop and enhance integrations that connect Terrific to the broader commerce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to address customer launch and support challenges.
• Analyze merchant websites, applications, and commerce stacks.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of product catalogs, variants, carts, and checkout processes.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of commercial opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into technical recommendations.
• Construct, test, and refine integrations across leading ecommerce platforms.
• Assist merchants in transitioning from signed agreements to their initial live Terrific experience.
• Engage directly with customer engineers and internal commercial teams.
• Provide support for technical discovery, proposals, security assessments, and proofs of concept.
• Enhance the reliability of product feeds, event tracking, cart actions, and embeds.
• Publish and sustain Terrific apps across commerce marketplaces.
• Develop tools, scripts, automations, and AI agents to expedite integration tasks.
• Transform recurring customer challenges into Product and Engineering priorities.
• Create documentation and processes for future customers and team members.
• Accelerate technical discovery and research utilizing AI.
• Generate and test scripts, automate repetitive tasks, and build internal agents and tools.
• Monitor integrations to identify issues proactively.
• Establish a repeatable technical discovery and feasibility process.
• Shorten the time frame from signed agreements to customer launches.
• Move new platform integrations into production.
• Assist in defining future marketplace and partner integrations.
• Develop a roadmap for Terrific’s integration ecosystem.
• Extensive experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — with sufficient fluency in the other two to contribute effectively from day one.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, as it is Terrific’s primary business language.
• Located in Latin America—ideally in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia—or within a compatible EMEA time zone.
• Available for a full-time independent contractor position.
• Capable of working remotely with team members and customers across various global time zones.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on development or technical integration experience.
• Production experience with at least two major ecommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, product feeds, webhooks, authentication, carts, or checkout processes.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code, write functional scripts, and debug browser or network behavior.
• Experience working directly with customers, merchants, or external technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment regarding effort, risk, and commercial value.
• Comfort in working independently within a distributed, international team.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, APIs, or merchant technology.
• Experience with live shopping, social commerce, video commerce, marketplace apps, or large international retailers is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in French is beneficial for EMEA accounts.
