Tech Lead, IA – Arquitecto/a Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technically complex projects and services.

• Design enterprise solutions.

• Conduct estimations and manage technical risks.

• Define modern architectures based on microservices and cloud environments.

• Participate in technical pre-sales, presentations, and solution defense in front of clients.

• Drive innovation initiatives, new technologies, and best practices.

• Collaborate on technological strategy and the adoption of AI-based solutions.

• Work on application modernization services supported by Generative AI.

• Provide training in Generative AI to internal teams and clients.

• Conduct code assessments and create migration plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a software/solutions architect.

• Background in estimations, risk management, and implementing enterprise solutions with various technologies.

• Experience working with Generative AI in software development.

• Ability to support commercial activities, deliver presentations, and defend solutions before clients.

• Experience in delivering training sessions is highly valued.

• English proficiency at B2 level is a plus.
