Tech Lead, IA – Arquitecto de Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technically complex projects and services

• Design enterprise solutions

• Conduct estimations and manage technical risks

• Define modern architectures based on microservices and cloud environments

• Participate in technical pre-sales, presentations, and solution defense for clients

• Drive initiatives for innovation, new technologies, and best practices

• Collaborate on technology strategy and adoption of AI-based solutions

• Work on application modernization services assisted by Generative AI

• Provide training in Generative AI to internal teams and clients

• Perform code assessments to create realistic and low-risk migration plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a software or solutions architect

• Experience in estimations, risk management, and implementation of enterprise solutions with various technologies

• Experience working with Generative AI applied to software development

• Experience and ability to support commercial actions, make presentations, and defend solutions to clients

• Experience in delivering training is highly valued

• B2 level English is highly valued
