Tech Lead FullStack, .Net/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, configuration, maintenance, and testing of software applications.

• Convert user stories from the backlog into functional code while applying modern design patterns and architectural principles.

• Provide technical assistance to squad members and guide them in finding solutions that align with the squad’s technological strategy.

• Guarantee code quality, thorough documentation, efficiency, maintainability, and compliance with established standards.

• Propel software testing and deployment processes, ensuring adequate automated testing is in place.

• Mentor and coach technical team members through activities such as conducting code reviews.

• Improve operational efficiency by utilizing the SDLC Toolchain and automation tools/scripts, including CI/CD automation.

• Establish and convey a unified technical and architectural vision.

• Collaborate with other Lead Engineers and squads to manage risks and dependencies that span across squads.

• Support the Product Owner in managing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and allocating resources.

• Oversee technical debt management, including conducting vulnerability scans.

• Supervise code transitions through different environments and into production.

• Contribute to the development of user stories during sprint activities as necessary.

• Cultivate a culture that emphasizes support for individuals and organizations.

• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

• Encourage mentorship and sponsorship while maintaining proactive communication with developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Fullstack Web technologies, especially ReactJS and NextJS.

• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC/SFMC).

• Eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Experience in Data Engineering & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Development & Security, and Software Development.

• Capability to prioritize technical tasks within the backlog.

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of test automation concepts.

• Knowledge of solution architecture principles.

• Familiarity with API architecture.

• Insight into systems integration methodologies.

• Grasp of various architectural perspectives and dependency management.

• Ability to create high-performing and secure software solutions using suitable tools and programming languages.

• Awareness of best practices and standards in software development.

• Skill in managing complex release schedules across multiple technologies.
