Tech Lead – Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage directly in hands-on work, providing technical leadership to the team while contributing to the development of sophisticated solutions.

• Manage Micro Frontends utilizing Single-SPA and Module Federation.

• Suggest solutions and facilitate integrations between various systems.

• Ensure the quality and performance of applications.

• Actively participate in coding, architecture, and business support initiatives.

• Integrate Node.js BFF layers to enhance front-end support.

• Assist the team, foster seamless development workflows, and delegate tasks effectively.

• Act as a liaison among Product Owners, Designers, and Software Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or senior-level expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with Single-SPA and Webpack Module Federation.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing Micro Frontends (MFE) within high-criticality projects.

• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress/Playwright.

• Proficient in Webpack and optimization of Core Web Vitals.

• Knowledge of Node.js, AWS (including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and CloudWatch), and previous experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is advantageous.
