⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-level applications.

• Strong proficiency in state management utilizing Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar frameworks.

• Capability to produce modular, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Solid expertise in testing and debugging complex frontend applications.

• Profound interest or experience in P2P technologies or distributed systems.

• Comfort in collaborating within a remote, globally distributed team.

• Effective communication skills.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication.

• Preferred: experience with desktop application development utilizing Electron, Tauri, or comparable runtimes.

• Preferred: knowledge of video/audio APIs, WebRTC, media streams, and real-time communications.

• Preferred: demonstrated capability to enhance UI performance, including rendering and memory management optimization.

• Preferred: experience in developing cross-platform applications for macOS, Windows, Linux, or similar systems.

• Bonus: previous contributions to open-source software projects, particularly in P2P or decentralized technologies.
