Tech Lead Backend – Java, Arquitectura Hexagonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or a technical profile with leadership responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data)

• In-depth knowledge of microservices architectures and hexagonal architecture

• Experience designing APIs following an API First approach (OpenAPI/Swagger)

• Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, DDD, and TDD

• Experience with Kafka and messaging platforms

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD environments

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools

• Experience in testing and test automation
