Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team engaged in large and intricate systems

• Regularly communicate with business stakeholders to comprehend and align with organizational objectives

• Collaborate with complex enterprise environments to devise integrations and solutions that fulfill business requirements

• Actively participate in the codebase while mentoring less experienced developers

• Manage a development backlog consisting of bug fixes and feature requests across both active and upcoming markets

• Coordinate the launch of new features and assist in global expansion initiatives

• Occasionally travel to vital markets to work alongside in-field teams and aid in feature planning or deployments

• Maintain a high standard of communication in English with internal teams and external partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership roles on IT projects

• Strong background in backend development utilizing Java/Spring Boot

• Extensive frontend experience with either React or Angular

• Proficient with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

• Experience with mobile application projects is advantageous

• Comfortable managing both new feature development and production support

• Exceptional English communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholder engagement

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Business-oriented mindset, capable of linking technical decisions to business value

• Willingness to travel occasionally (US, LATAM)

• Reside within the Latin America region
