Tech Lead – Arquitecto de Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Technically lead complex projects and services

• Design business solutions

• Conduct estimations and manage technical risks

• Define modern architectures based on microservices and cloud environments

• Participate in technical pre-sales, presentations, and solution defense before clients

• Drive initiatives for innovation, new technologies, and best practices

• Collaborate on technology strategy and the adoption of AI-based solutions

• Work on application modernization services guided by Generative AI

• Provide training in Generative AI to internal teams and clients

• Perform code assessments to generate realistic and lower-risk migration plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a software/solutions architect

• Experience in estimations, risk management, and implementation of business solutions using various technologies

• Experience working with Generative AI applied to software development

• Experience and ability to support commercial actions, deliver presentations, and defend solutions in front of clients

• Experience in delivering training is highly valued

• English proficiency at B2 level is highly valued
