This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establishing your own team of household helpers and clients through marketing and sales initiatives

• Coordinating the team and ensuring support for all clients in need within the district

• Representing your district as the contact person for all concerns and decisions to the headquarters

• Expanding the district and leading the team

• Acting as the face of the agency for household assistance in your region

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Outgoing and communicative; enjoys creating connections between people

• Careful, sustainable, and thorough working style

• Willingness to be in the spotlight and make a name for yourself in the region

• Qualified professional in the health and social sector, such as a doctor, health nurse, caregiver, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, or similar qualifications

• Passion for social interaction or desire for a career change

• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written (minimum C1)
