• Lead a dedicated team of software developers in both technical and disciplinary aspects.

• Stay actively involved in coding and serve as a developer, tech lead, or mentor as required.

• Significant experience in enterprise web development, particularly with .NET and related technologies.

• Ideally, knowledge of React and TypeScript.

• Previous experience in technical or managerial leadership of software developers.

• Understanding of how to motivate and develop teams effectively.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum.

• Capability to guide teams through intricate projects.

• Clear and decisive decision-making skills, even in challenging situations.

• Open and effective communication style.

• Proficient in the German language.
