This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, maintain, and assist in dissolving teams within the US Realty division.
• Manage Discovery Calls and documentation for team leaders.
• Ensure accurate team records and update agent compensation plans.
• Collaborate with team leaders and members during the team creation or conversion process.
• Provide support to teams in designated regions.
• Monitor and respond to Workplace Chat requests, Gmail emails, texts, voicemails, and calls.
• Lead Discovery Calls that cover eXp team structures, requirements, and necessary information for team creation.
• Develop timelines and transition strategies for new team formation or team-type conversion.
• Conduct follow-up check-ins with leads.
• Coordinate planning and logistics meetings with brokers and other departments.
• Execute annual team requalification reviews and conduct annual review calls with Team Leaders.
• Send and collect signatures for team-related documents.
• Update HubSpot tickets to reflect accurate team status.
• Offer resources and support to team leaders, members, and agents through email, text, phone, and eXp World.
• Participate in weekly Team Training Sessions and complete assigned training.
• Perform reviews and audits of teams.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Maintain consistent communication with team members and supervisors through remote collaboration channels.
• Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and engage in discussions.
• Comply with company policies, data security, and confidentiality standards.
• Manage workload effectively, complete projects accurately, meet deadlines, and remain accessible during scheduled working hours.
• Ability to work from anywhere in the US.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with customer service expertise.
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
• Experience in coordinating events and group activities.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and active listening skills.
• Required knowledge of G Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Previous remote work experience is mandatory.
• A dedicated home office or workspace is required.
• Advanced experience with Trello is preferred.
• Aptitude for utilizing online platforms and software for remote work.
• A high school diploma is required or equivalent applicable experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• An Associate's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, including conflict resolution, is required.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, HubSpot, task management software, Dropbox Sign, and Trello is preferred.
