This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Supervise both full-time and part-time staff who engage with patients and customers through various channels including in-person, email, phone, and live chat.
• Foster an inspiring team environment that promotes open communication.
• Establish clear objectives for the team and motivate members to achieve them.
• Actively listen to team feedback and address any issues or conflicts that arise.

• Oversee daily operational activities of the team related to unbilled work within the specified market.
• Provide support to local branch offices within the assigned market.
• Monitor the team's performance in addressing new and existing patient accounts and in gathering necessary billing documentation.
• Research and obtain customer information to maintain equipment coverage through health insurance plans.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with field leadership, referral sources, and patients to enhance account resolution.
• Assess documentation for adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Offer accountability, coaching, and professional development for the market account resolution team.
• Perform strategic needs assessments and support motivated teams.
• Analyze transactional trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Initiate and oversee action plans when operational goals are not met or when performance issues arise.
• Manage the performance, hiring, and disciplinary actions of direct reports.
• Provide direction for work assignments along with timely coaching and feedback.
• Ensure that assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare or health insurance.
• Demonstrated experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of performance metrics.
• Proficient in PC usage, particularly MS Excel.
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
• Intermediate mathematical proficiency with a strong ability to comprehend, interpret, and create spreadsheet data.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Capability to occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• A degree in management or training in team leadership is advantageous.
