Team Manager – Female-Led Home Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily operations, performance, and management of designated Ladder teams.

• Evaluate and assess workout programming while upholding a 5-star quality experience for members.

• Initiate new teams, onboard coaches, and ensure the appropriate composition of teams for members.

• Act as the main point of contact between Ladder and the assigned coaches.

• Collaborate with coaches to shape programming strategies, including training objectives, progression, and ongoing development.

• Assist coaches in delivering programming, coaching, media, and community engagement experiences.

• Own team performance metrics and convert data and feedback into actionable insights.

• Regularly participate in team workouts and engage actively in Team Chat.

• Track team performance through platform metrics and member feedback.

• Create surveys when necessary data is unavailable.

• Recognize target members, their requirements, and what motivates them to maintain their training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in business operations, program/project management, or account management.

• Valid fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent).

• Proficient in analyzing workout programming and evaluating its quality.

• Skilled in extracting, interpreting, and diagnosing data.

• Quick learner of Google Workspace, Amplitude, Claude, and proprietary systems.

• Capable of designing and analyzing surveys.

• Proven ability to excel in dynamic, high-agency environments.
