
Team Manager β Female-Led Gym Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the daily execution, performance, and management of designated Ladder teams.
β’ Evaluate and analyze workout programming while upholding a 5-star standard for member interactions.
β’ Lead new team launches, coach onboarding, and ensure alignment with target members.
β’ Act as the main point of contact between Ladder and assigned coaches.
β’ Develop programming strategy with coaches, focusing on training goals, progression, and evolution.
β’ Assist coaches in delivering programming, coaching, media, and community experiences.
β’ Manage the metrics that drive team success.
β’ Hold regular meetings with coaches to transform data and feedback into actionable insights.
β’ Participate in team workouts consistently and remain active in Team Chat.
β’ Track team performance via platform metrics and member feedback.
β’ Create surveys when necessary data is unavailable.
β’ Comprehend target members, their needs, and training motivations.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or account management.
β’ Valid fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar).
β’ Capability to analyze workout programming and evaluate its quality.
β’ Proficiency in extracting, interpreting, and diagnosing data.
β’ Quick learner of Google Workspace, Amplitude, Claude, and in-house systems.
β’ Skill in creating and analyzing surveys.
β’ Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-agency settings.
β’ Member-focused mindset with a dedication to providing 5-star experiences.
β’ Data-driven and diagnostic approach.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
