This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct the daily operations of assigned client team members.
• Manage performance indicators, ensuring accountability for results, workload distribution, and performance assessments.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of Project Management services.
• Foster growth and development within the Project Management team through succession planning and individual development strategies.
• Oversee study milestones and maintain proactive communication with clients.
• Implement best practices for budget and risk management.
• Ensure precise documentation is maintained within relevant systems.
• Coordinate and track progress towards Project Management objectives.
• Engage proactively with clients to discuss the implications of their decisions and how they define success.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
• Guarantee consistent application, utilization, and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and address client escalations, issues, and concerns effectively.
• Identify, monitor, and rectify service failures while implementing preventative measures.
• Collaborate across departments with global teams, Business Development Directors, and cross-functional teams to eliminate obstacles and enhance client delivery.
• Coordinate and lead a regional team while managing global clients to execute team strategies, structures, processes, and metrics, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• At least 2 years of experience managing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical, scientific, technical, or a laboratory-related field (preferred).
• More than 1 year of experience in Central Laboratory Services (preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus and a proven commitment to collaborative teamwork.
• High initiative with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated strengths in planning, problem-solving, and organizational execution.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and managing change.
• Experience in team building, stakeholder influence, and conflict resolution.
• History of successfully delivering complex projects on time and meeting quality standards.
