This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of designated client team members, focusing on performance metrics, accountability, work distribution, and performance assessments.
• Ensure the smooth integration of Project Management team services.
• Foster and enhance the Project Management team through succession planning and individual development initiatives.
• Manage study milestones and proactively engage with clients to communicate updates.
• Implement best practices for budget and risk management while ensuring accurate documentation within the system.
• Coordinate and track progress towards Project Management objectives.
• Provide proactive consultation to clients regarding the implications of their decisions and clarify their success criteria.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity by consistently implementing, utilizing, and reviewing SOPs.
• Monitor and address client escalations, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Quickly identify, track, and resolve service failures while taking preventive measures.
• Collaborate across departments and functions to enhance global team operations, working alongside BD Directors to eliminate obstacles and improve client delivery.
• Coordinate and manage a regional team and global clients to execute team strategies, structures, processes, and metrics, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory-related field.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in Central Laboratory Services.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus and a proven commitment to collaborative teamwork.
• High initiative with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven abilities in planning, problem-solving, and executing organizational tasks.
• Track record of successfully driving continuous improvement and managing change.
• Experience in team building, stakeholder influence, and conflict resolution.
• Proven history of delivering complex projects on schedule and meeting quality standards.
