Team Leader, Nursing Professional – Household Assistants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the regional representative for the household assistance agency.

• Execute marketing and sales initiatives.

• Establish your own team of household assistants and develop a client portfolio.

• Oversee the team and ensure comprehensive support for all clients in the district.

• Function as the district liaison, communicating with headquarters regarding matters and decisions.

• Grow your district with the assistance of the team while leading them effectively.

• Ability to act with responsibility and independence.

• Outgoing and communicative, with a knack for connecting people.

• Methodical, sustainable, and thorough working approach.

• Eagerness to maintain a visible presence in the region and foster local recognition.

• Completed qualification in nursing/healthcare professions, such as social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, B.A. Social Work, registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, curative education nurse, special education teacher, social pedagogue, educator, family caregiver, or home care assistant for targeted household-related support services.

• Enthusiasm for social interaction or interest in a professional career shift.

• Excellent German language proficiency, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
