Team Leader, Healthcare Professional – Household Assistants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Represent the household assistance agency as its local ambassador.

• Execute marketing and sales strategies effectively.

• Assemble your own team of household assistants and cultivate your client network.

• Oversee the team and ensure comprehensive care for all clients in your district.

• Act as the primary contact for the district, advocating in discussions and decisions with the head office.

• Grow your district with the backing of the central team.

• Lead and manage your dedicated team.

• Deliver personal care and support to individuals with the necessary time and attention.

• Completed qualification as a healthcare professional or an equivalent credential in one of the specified fields, such as physician, registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, social care nurse, special education teacher, social educator, nursing specialist, B.A. in Social Work, early childhood educator, family caregiver, household management manager, master of household management, village assistant, or housekeeper for targeted relief services in home-related services.

• Enthusiasm for social interactions or a desire for professional transition.

• Proficient command of German, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).

• Mobility through a personal vehicle, driving license, public transport, or other means.

• No specific years of professional experience are mandated.
