This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the agency's representative for household assistance within your designated area.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies effectively.
• Develop your own team of household assistants and establish a client base.
• Manage the team and ensure comprehensive care for all clients requiring assistance in the district.
• Act as the liaison for the district, communicating with the head office regarding matters and decisions.
• Receive backing from the head office to expand the district and oversee team management.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting people.
• Detail-oriented, sustainable, and diligent approach to work.
• Openness to being visible and establishing your presence in the region.
• Qualified professional in the health and social care sector, such as a geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, psychologist, social pedagogue/social educator, graduate educator (Diplom-Pädagoge), special needs educator (Heilpädagoge), registered nurse, healthcare nurse, residential social educator (Heilerziehungspfleger), educator, housekeeper/household manager, domestic operations manager, or master of domestic management.
• Interest in professional reorientation or a change in career.
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
• Mobility options required: own vehicle and driver’s license, access to public transport, or alternatives such as e-bike/e-scooter.
• Disclosure of any entries in the criminal record during the application process.
