This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the regional team of household assistants, inspire staff, and develop operational processes.
• Organize and manage assignment schedules.
• Provide clients with information regarding the agency's offerings.
• Cultivate networks and relationships with collaborative partners.
• Grow your designated area and proactively deliver services to clients.
• Plan your workday and lead the team autonomously.
• Work in partnership with the head office, which aids in district growth and team management.
• Engage directly in client care and team leadership, allowing for enhanced quality time.
• Qualification as a care professional or in a related field, such as psychologist, social pedagogue, diploma educator, special needs educator, registered nurse, health care nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, therapeutic caregiver, childcare worker, housekeeper, domestic operations manager, or master in home economics.
• Capability to act responsibly and independently.
• Outgoing and communicative; enjoys fostering connections among people.
• Detail-oriented, sustainable, and meticulous in work practices.
• Eagerness to be visible within your region and establish your presence.
• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
• Willingness to participate in regional networking and client education initiatives.
• Mobility: possession of a personal vehicle and driver’s license, or access to public transportation or other mobility options.
• Clean criminal record with no relevant entries.
• Flexible (family-friendly) working hours – Monday to Friday, available in full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).
