This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and execution of an all-encompassing business development strategy.

• Manage relationships with both existing and prospective partners and clients.

• Cultivate partnerships that foster support for current and upcoming programs.

• Develop quarterly business plans tailored to the designated region.

• Oversee and mentor the business development team.

• Provide reports on individual and departmental performance.

• Ensure that team members consistently achieve their targets and objectives.

• Communicate ongoing promotions, products, and marketing initiatives.

• Maintain documentation of business development activities.

• Contribute to organizational strategies and represent the priorities of the development function.

• Foster a culture that values long-term strategic thinking, creativity, innovation, and high performance.

• Stay informed about financial market events, news, and developments.

• Represent the Company at conferences, meetings, and public speaking engagements as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development within the FX industry, showcasing a successful track record in business-to-business sales and establishing strategic partnerships that lead to significant revenue growth.

• Experience in team and personnel management.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

• Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to passionately advocate for the organization to potential partners.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.

• Solid understanding of the FX industry and current market trends.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving targets.
