Team Lead, Technical Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in realizing operational advantages by utilizing software products.

• Evaluate customers’ business needs and objectives to design business processes.

• Create and present process diagrams, gap analyses, and functional design documentation throughout projects.

• Acquire knowledge of the product suite and offer expertise in Trapeze EAM software and transit industry operations.

• Facilitate consulting, software testing, and training sessions.

• Provide support during implementation and after it has been completed.

• Lead and mentor the team to ensure projects meet established expectations.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to delegate tasks and convey priorities.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, coach team members, and promote career advancement.

• Handle responsibilities related to interviewing, hiring, and termination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Enterprise Asset Management software and a background in the Public Transit software domain is highly preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in software implementation.

• More than 2 years of experience in people management.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Proven leadership abilities with a capacity to function effectively within a project team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
