This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Train, lead, coach, develop, and retain Revenue Cycle Specialists.

• Provide daily supervision to Revenue Cycle Specialists and allocate team tasks.

• Enhance Revenue Cycle processes and disseminate knowledge.

• Maintain daily communication with clients and Claim Audit personnel.

• Manage projects assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Leadership.

• Ensure operational controls and daily Revenue Cycle processes are implemented, including cash application, invoicing, reconciliations, and audit controls.

• Oversee compliance with internal and external Service Letter Agreements.

• Address inquiries from internal and external clients.

• Delegate responsibilities and collaborate on materials for new hires and departmental training guides.

• Analyze revenue streams and revenue-related data to enhance financial performance and stimulate growth.

• Suggest adjustments to product/service pricing based on availability and anticipated demand.

• Adapt revenue management strategies to target specific markets.

• Assess team performance and ensure output aligns with expectations.

• Accurately implement and manage organizational functions and processes in accordance with policies and regulations, ensuring timely execution.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work for the Revenue Cycle Team in conjunction with the Manager, Revenue Cycle.

• Utilize metrics to track departmental activities and ensure compliance with client and company guidelines.

• Oversee personnel, client requests, Revenue Cycle workflows, and systems.

• Act as the team leader and escalation point for complex inquiries and problem resolution.

• Assist in the selection, supervision, evaluation, development, performance management, progression, and compensation processes for the team.

• Establish objectives and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.

• Ensure staff training, education, career advancement, and necessary certifications are upheld.

• Encourage knowledge sharing through best practices, benchmarking, whitepapers, and tool enhancements.

• Propose system and process improvements to boost productivity and manage costs effectively.

• Fulfill annual performance plan responsibilities, special projects, and additional assigned tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or business operations.

• Preferably possess healthcare experience with financial systems.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in people management.

• Capability to lead, influence, manage, and motivate team members.

• Strong problem-solving, lateral thinking, communication, project management, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

• Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of revenue cycle practices.

• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in both individual and team environments.

• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Healthcare experience is an advantage.

• Must provide a dedicated, secure work area.

• Must ensure access to high-speed internet connectivity and maintain an office setup.

• Must be capable of performing duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
