Team Lead, Project Management – New Energy Major Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overall accountability for the successful execution of significant New Energy initiatives (PV, BESS, EV charging infrastructure, EMS) concerning budget, timeline, quality, and safety.

• Provide functional leadership to a project management team while actively developing structures and enhancing capacity.

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage risks at both the project and portfolio levels.

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for the team.

• Cultivate a solution-oriented team culture in collaboration with related departments.

• Ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.

• Actively encourage continuous learning within the team.

• Results-driven stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, service providers, authorities, and internal planning departments.

• Design, establish, and execute effective weekly status reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energy, or a similar technical qualification, complemented by a robust commercial understanding.

• Several years of demonstrated professional experience in the technical delivery of EPC projects within the Commercial & Industrial sector.

• Extensive knowledge of rooftop PV systems.

• Proven track record in providing functional and disciplinary leadership to project teams.

• Passion for actively constructing new team structures.

• Strong hands-on approach.

• Highly decisive and self-assured in decision-making.

• Composure and strategic foresight, even in dynamic, high-pressure situations.

• Confident presence during technical negotiations with partners, investors, and authorities.

• Business-fluent in German.

• Fluent in English.
