Project Manager – Energy Solutions, Heat Contracting, Tenant Electricity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete life cycle of advanced energy solutions.

• Develop and provide technical specifications for renewable energy supply systems, including heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, tenant electricity solutions, and energy storage systems.

• Ensure the successful execution of energy projects.

• Prepare technical and economic evaluations.

• Formulate attractive proposals that align with current funding programs and regulatory standards.

• Provide guidance to real estate clients regarding decarbonization and the upgrade of their heating networks.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as planning consultancies, grid operators, authorities, and clients.

• Conduct critical evaluations of existing processes.

• Employ intelligent tools to enhance efficiency, digitization, and future-readiness in project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in energy engineering, utility engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in the development and planning of energy projects.

• Ideally, experience in contracting, neighborhood energy concepts, or the real estate industry.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge.

• A strong commercial perspective.

• Proficient in energy law and regulatory requirements.

• Experience utilizing intelligent tools and modern working methodologies.

• An analytical and solution-focused work approach.
