Team Lead, PDS Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding project management services

• Oversee and manage all facets of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee project success

• Ensure projects are finalized on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards

• Offer leadership and direction to project teams

• Develop and sustain relationships with clients, comprehending their goals and objectives

• Advocate for JLL's values and a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification

• At least 7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the commercial real estate sector

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from beginning to end

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field

• Preferred: Experience in leading projects across various sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare

• Preferred: Proven experience in change management and fostering innovation

• Preferred: Understanding of construction processes and building codes

• Preferred: Proficiency in project management software and tools
