This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Mentor and nurture team members' growth.

• Ensure the technical integrity of the systems the team designs and maintains.

• Collaborate within a compact team of 3–5 individuals.

• Engage primarily in meetings that directly pertain to the team's projects and requirements.

• Organize and streamline the team's workflow.

• Work alongside other teams to maintain a focus on delivering value.

• Play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of CDQ’s Master Data Management platform.

• Proven experience as a Team Lead (Java).

• Strong leadership abilities in managing people.

• Extensive technical knowledge.

• Solid understanding of the technology stack utilized by the team.

• Capability to organize and direct the team's activities.

• Assurance in making well-founded technical decisions.

• Robust experience in backend development with modern Java technologies.

• Several years of professional experience in the field.

• Background in mentoring, leading, or coordinating engineering teams.

• A team-centric mindset that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collective problem-solving.

• A genuine passion for data and databases is a significant advantage.
