Team Lead – Insurance & Financial Protection Sales, Life/Health and Disability Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 6 to 9 advisors

• Foster and sustain a robust team culture

• Actively contribute to shaping decisions, strategies, and developments

• Interpret company and product advancements for the team

• Conduct direct one-on-one meetings, feedback sessions, and regular case evaluations

• Assist in the professional and personal growth of the team

• Encourage sustainable advisory quality rather than focusing on short-term sales pressure

• Enhance advisory processes and workflows

• Collaborate with the team to offer suitable, long-term insurance protection and lasting value to over 3 million app users

• Provide advice to customers who have already expressed interest in Finanzguru; no cold calling involved

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as an insurance and financial investment services specialist or as an insurance specialist (IHK/BWV)

• Relevant knowledge in accordance with Section 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in life/health and disability insurance or biometric risk advisory

• Initial leadership experience, such as a Senior Advisor, Coach, or Team Captain

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Experience and readiness to work with digital tools

• Ability to communicate changes to the team in a clear, motivational, and empathetic manner

• Passion for providing honest advice that brings sustainable value
