Team Lead, Health Operations, Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver both disciplinary and functional leadership for the Health Operations Logistics team.

• Establish clear objectives and priorities, provide consistent feedback, and foster individual growth.

• Oversee team performance utilizing KPIs, OKRs, data analysis, and forecasting methods.

• Create performance metrics and conduct trend analyses to identify bottlenecks and error patterns.

• Assess automation potential and support OKR initiatives.

• Ensure the timely end-to-end delivery of course and exam logistics.

• Guarantee that courses commence punctually and adhere to AZAV guidelines.

• Organize team capacity based on workload, deadlines, and interdependencies.

• Standardize workflows, uphold SOPs, and enhance data quality.

• Responsibly utilize AI-driven features to boost efficiency.

• Manage risks and escalations, and derive preventive strategies from incidents.

• Collaborate across functions with Course Setup & Service, Sales, Key Account Management, Product, the Application Team, Quality Management, Exam Planning, and external partners.

• Translate new requirements into actionable processes and monitor them as Project Lead.

• Actively engage in change initiatives and contribute to organizational development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing operational or administrative teams.

• Familiarity with change management processes, particularly in team and role restructuring.

• Proficient in managing teams through performance metrics and adept in using standard tools such as HubSpot, planning spreadsheets, CRM systems, or ticketing systems.

• Proactive working style with the ability to identify risks and bottlenecks early, implementing improvements independently.

• Experience working cross-functionally, for instance with Sales, Key Account Management, Product, or Quality Management.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-powered tools.

• Excellent organizational skills, a methodical approach to work, and a high level of reliability, even under pressure.

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1).

• Clear and respectful communication, along with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering personal development.

• Experience in education, healthcare, or operational services is a plus.

• Practical knowledge in process optimization or workflow automation is advantageous.

• Experience in a growing company is beneficial.
