This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Guide and mentor a team of four to six frontend developers.

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and disseminate knowledge among colleagues.

• Collaborate with the team to create modern web applications for long-term enterprise clients.

• Serve as a developer, coach, motivator, sparring partner, and technical leader as required.

• Hold primary technical accountability for the architecture and technical direction of the team and the product.

• Evaluate customer requirements thoroughly.

• Work with the team to develop customized solutions.

• Execute solutions in close cooperation with clients.

• Significant professional experience in enterprise web development utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Preferably experience with React, GraphQL, and associated technologies.

• Ideally possess knowledge of backend development in .NET projects.

• Experience in leading software developers from a technical and functional perspective.

• Preferably some initial experience in disciplinary or line management.

• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum.

• Confident in working within an agile environment.

• Open and effective communication style.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• Willingness and capability to make decisions.
