Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee product features from requirement refinement to production release.

• Take ownership of, understand, stabilize, and enhance various areas of the existing Angular codebase.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Engage in code reviews and write unit tests using Vitest.

• Develop concise design documentation.

• Contribute to decisions regarding frontend architecture and platform health.

• Enhance performance, conduct framework upgrades, optimize NX monorepo structure, and streamline CI/CD processes.

• Create frontend experiences for AI-driven clinical and administrative products.

• Incorporate AI tools into the development workflow.

• Aid in the ongoing improvement of engineering processes and tools.

• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams in a cross-functional environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).

• Proficiency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, and current change detection and dependency injection patterns.

• Advanced experience with RxJS and TypeScript in real-world production scenarios.

• Experience in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale.

• Practical experience with unit testing (Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable).

• Hands-on experience in agentic AI development and regular use of coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.

• Capability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents.

• Understanding of agent principles, including context, tools, and feedback loops.

• Ability to structure code and documentation to facilitate effective collaboration with agents on the codebase.

• Comfort in writing or correcting SQL queries, modifying endpoint validations, and tracing issues through the API layer.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).

• Fluent in Russian.

• Availability to work full hours aligned with CET.
