Team Lead Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic development and growth of client relationships and accounts as a trusted advisor within the banking sector.

• Responsible for business development and sales, encompassing pitches, proposals, and upselling.

• Manage complex Data & AI projects from strategic planning to successful execution.

• Ensure accountability for project timelines, quality, budget, and risk management.

• Lead and mentor a consulting team.

• Optimize resource planning and project distribution.

• Present project outcomes and formulate recommendations for management.

• Create innovative solutions in Gen AI, Agentic AI, and related Data & AI areas.

• Drive enhancements in internal processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Maintain quality through coaching, feedback, and KPI monitoring.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data & AI consulting.

• Significant professional experience in the banking sector is essential.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in leading complex projects and teams.

• Background in business development, preferably with accountability for revenue and profitability goals.

• Strong emphasis on Gen AI, Agentic AI, or comparable contemporary Data & AI technologies.

• Confident with several years of client-facing experience.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and capacity to communicate at the management level.

• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.

• Willingness to travel as required by consulting duties.

• High motivation, hands-on mentality, and readiness to take responsibility.
