Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute LinkedIn outreach for the pod in a hands-on manner

• Develop and oversee the GoHighLevel (GHL) aspect of the campaign, which includes workflows, pipelines, triggers, and contact tagging

• Mentor and guide a pod

• Monitor team and campaign KPIs directly within the GHL pipeline

• Respond promptly to any performance challenges that may arise

• Act as the primary point of contact for the US-based client regarding performance and outcomes

• Manage account retention

• Enhance and streamline processes for the pod

• Lead the pod, take ownership of results, and represent the account

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical LinkedIn experience — daily use of outreach, Sales Navigator, or similar LinkedIn Recruiter-type tools

• Practical experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — familiarity with creating workflows, pipelines, and automations in GHL

• Over 3 years of experience in leading teams, not just managing projects

• Genuine experience in franchising — including development, sales, candidate qualification, or growth strategy

• A background in sales

• Experience in managing a remote team

• Excellent communication skills, with real-world experience collaborating with Western clients

• Background in project, operations, or account management

• Nice to have (not mandatory): experience coaching a lead-generation or outbound team

• Nice to have (not mandatory): familiarity with KPI dashboards

• Nice to have (not mandatory): experience in a franchise-development agency
