This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and guide a team of six professionals
β’ Manage team objectives, workload, escalations, and deliverables
β’ Engage in hands-on Radiant build, configuration, and technical support for about 50% of the role
β’ Act as a point of escalation for intricate Radiant build and workflow challenges
β’ Assist with ongoing Radiant projects, including optimization, testing, upgrades, and production requirements
β’ Collaborate with Radiology, clinical stakeholders, IT leadership, and other application teams
β’ Provide support for the broader Cupid rollout where Radiant and Cupid workflows converge, as necessary
β’ Ensure effective communication and coordination among the team and key stakeholders
β’ Active Epic Radiant certification is mandatory
β’ A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Epic Radiant experience
β’ Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is required
β’ Strong practical experience in Radiant build, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
β’ Capability to effectively balance team leadership with hands-on technical responsibilities
β’ Experience in supporting a large, complex health system or an academic medical center is highly preferred
β’ Must be available to work during PST hours
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
β’ Current Epic Cupid certification is preferred
β’ Hands-on experience with Cupid, especially with workflows that overlap with Radiant, is preferred
β’ Experience with large-scale or multi-hospital Cupid rollouts is preferred
β’ Initial contract duration of 6 months with potential extensions expected through 12/31/2027
β’ Limited travel; approximately 1β2 trips per year for up to one week
