Team Lead – AI and Data Science Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and continuous enhancement of AI and Data Science courses

• Lead and nurture a team of lecturers specializing in Data & AI

• Provide expertise to support the ongoing enhancement of course offerings

• Develop the course catalog as a Subject Matter Expert

• Identify content trends and create pertinent professional development initiatives

• Stay updated on advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics

• Identify relevant topics, technologies, and qualification opportunities for the portfolio

• Ensure the academic and professional integrity of continuing education programs

• Collaborate with the team to further refine content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats

• Assist lecturers and subject-matter experts in enhancing their course offerings

• Ensure the team is adequately staffed, both in quantity and quality, with internal and external lecturers

• Coordinate lecturer assignments for teaching and course development alongside the scheduling team

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and participant feedback

• Optimize existing programs and innovate new ones

• Maintain the AI and Data Science training portfolio's professional relevance, technological currency, and commercial success

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification

• Several years of professional experience in Data & AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related technical field

• Leadership experience or a proven track record of providing professional guidance to teams or networks

• Comprehensive understanding of current trends in Data & AI

• Strong awareness of the technologies and skills relevant to the labor market and ongoing education

• Experience in designing, developing, or managing continuing education, training, or qualification programs

• Experience collaborating with lecturers, subject-matter experts, and various internal stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, empathy, and a structured, self-directed work approach

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• A plus: Experience in adult education or professional training

• A plus: Experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, BI, or Generative AI
