Project Manager – Data Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track project advancements, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are achieved.

• Coordinate various stakeholders and teams engaged in the initiative.

• Lead project monitoring, alignment, and governance processes.

• Assist in organizing and consolidating information from diverse sources.

• Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders across different markets and regions.

• Identify risks, blockers, and areas needing attention, and drive action plans as required.

• Prepare and oversee status reports, metrics, and other project tracking documents.

• Engage in alignment meetings with regional and international teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.

• Experience in managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Proficient in project tracking, governance, and alignment.

• Experience with projects related to Data, BI, dashboards, or information consolidation is essential for this role.

• Background in working with regional or international teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and prioritization abilities.

• Experience with projects that involve multiple data sources.

• Familiarity with BI, dashboards, or reporting initiatives.

• Experience in multinational environments and projects spanning different markets.
