This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive analytical strategy aimed at enhancing engagement and outcomes within Spring Practice.
• Utilize AI, predictive modeling, classification, and clustering techniques to optimize member scheduling, provider matching, and care coordination workflows.
• Develop and implement rapid experimentation roadmaps to assess, validate, and expand workflow enhancements.
• Employ quasi-experimental methodologies to evaluate impact and analyze findings.
• Offer strategic recommendations on initiatives to pursue and shape product strategy.
• Act as an embedded data scientist within the Care pod.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to influence roadmaps and establish success metrics.
• Work with extensive, multi-source datasets, conduct feature engineering, and reveal innovative insights.
• Coordinate efforts with the Analytics Engineer and Data Analyst embedded with Care.
• Propel improvements in engagement, utilization, workflow efficiency, and experimental velocity within Spring Practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science.
• Practical experience with experimentation, hypothesis testing, and quasi-experimental methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Familiarity with data modeling using dbt or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Omni, Hex).
• Background in product development and the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for guiding and advising business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI to address complex business challenges, including prompt engineering for LLMs, AI-driven code optimization and documentation, and establishing best practices for these tools across teams.
• Capability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies in accordance with cross-functional requirements and business impact within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in navigating ambiguous problem areas and adopting new methodologies.
• Willingness to travel at least twice a year for collaborative sessions and summits with the team.
