This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership of the customer growth outcomes from onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid transitions, multi-product adoption, and revenue expansion.
• Identify behaviors in the early and mid-lifecycle stages that indicate potential for expansion and transform these insights into a prioritized growth strategy.
• Link product signals to go-to-market (GTM) marketing investments and financial growth objectives.
• Model the B2B2C relationship between agency and sub-account activation and expansion.
• Collaborate on thorough growth experiments and differentiate between causal and correlational claims.
• Work alongside Product Strategy & Growth on churn and add-ons charters as well as TTP initiatives.
• Establish a company-wide technical direction for measuring customer growth, defining canonical metrics, segments, and value models.
• Develop reusable methods for growth measurement and causal inference.
• Convert findings into actionable guidance for leaders in Growth, GTM, Finance, and product teams.
• Provide advisory support to leaders in Growth, GTM, and Finance while setting analytical benchmarks for related teams.
• Identify data deficiencies to Analytics Engineering and influence the event taxonomy.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to enhance exploration, documentation, and analysis.
• A minimum of 9 years in product or growth analytics, data science, or applied statistics, with substantial experience in activation, retention, conversion, and expansion strategies.
• Proven history of creating a metric or value framework utilized by various teams to achieve tangible results.
• Strong background in applied statistics, including designing analyses for causal inquiries and understanding the limitations of correlational analysis.
• Proficient in collaborating on experiments, including A/B design, power analysis, establishing guardrails, and interpreting results honestly.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Comfortable operating within a Snowflake and dbt environment.
• Experience in translating behavioral and revenue data into segment-level insights that have influenced product, growth, or GTM decisions.
• Able to work with incomplete, evolving data and utilize governed data sources effectively.
• Capability to align leaders in Growth, GTM, Finance, and product teams on common metrics without direct authority.
• Background in B2B SaaS, CRM, or product-led growth, particularly in freemium/trial models and land-and-expand strategies.
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption revenue models or add-on revenue experiences.
• Knowledge of Statsig or a similar experimentation platform.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows.
• Background in mentoring analysts.
