Team Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions for newly recruited employees

• Offer refresher courses and additional training for current agents

• Mentor agents requiring assistance to enhance their performance

• Assess skill or knowledge deficiencies and identify obstacles to improvement

• Showcase processes, monitor agents' performance, and deliver actionable feedback

• Provide support to both voice and non-voice teams

• Analyze performance data to determine the need for further coaching or training

• Monitor progress following coaching or training sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in coaching, training, or team support

• Proven experience in coaching or developing frontline agents

• Previous experience as a Trainer is highly advantageous

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Friendly, approachable, and engaging demeanor

• Excellent coaching and communication abilities

• Capable of identifying the reasons behind performance struggles and determining appropriate support

• Comfortable working with performance metrics and providing constructive feedback

• Salary ranging from ₱35,000 to ₱45,000/month, based on relevant experience and proven training capabilities
