Academic Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions that emphasize study skills, time management, and goal-setting.

• Support middle and high school students with academic tracking, high school course selection, standardized test preparation, and exploration of college and career options.

• Observe classroom teaching and offer actionable, data-informed feedback to educators.

• Lead student-driven academic interventions, peer tutoring programs, and workshops aimed at building positive habits.

• Assist students in overcoming learning obstacles, academic anxiety, and motivational issues in partnership with teachers and parents.

• Ensure alignment with the executive school board's objectives.

• Deliver comprehensive reports on educational KPIs, student achievement indicators, and coaching milestones.

• Empower students through educational resources, supportive training programs, and character development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Counseling, or Curriculum & Instruction (mandatory).

• More than 5 years of experience in standard teaching or academic advising for grades 6–10.

• At least 2 years in a role focused on instructional coaching, student advising, or supervision.

• Profound knowledge of US K–10 curriculum standards, frameworks for college readiness, and models for standardized assessment.

• Strong foundation in educational principles, youth mentorship, and cultural dynamics relevant to a North American context.
