Teacher of Record – MS Endorsement Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary academic contact for the family.

• Collaborate with Fullmind operations/enrollment, the academic lead regarding standards, the district registrar for records, and the district SPED case manager when necessary.

• Serve as the responsible signatory for academic and compliance documentation.

• Evaluate weekly student reflection and engagement logs to generate and assess attendance records.

• Ensure that attendance and grading records are thorough, precise, and ready for reporting on a weekly basis.

• Confirm that each student's schedule and curriculum maps align with the current Minnesota standards.

• Monitor progress toward grade-level benchmarks.

• Address academic and instructional inquiries.

• Coordinate with the district-assigned case manager to ensure platform accommodations and services are accurately reflected.

• Administer online assessments when necessary.

• Provide virtual instruction and assist students in successfully completing their courses.

• Guide and support students and families throughout their educational experience.

• Assist families in making informed decisions regarding curriculum, resources, and instructional methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Hold a valid Minnesota teaching license with a Middle School endorsement.

• Have knowledge of Minnesota standards and assessment/compliance requirements.

• Be comfortable with SIS coordination and documentation processes.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

• Have access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet connection.

• Participate in a virtual skills demonstration.

• Complete a background check as part of the application process.
