Tax Reform Projects Consultant – PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the TMO in spearheading organizational and tax transformation initiatives, emphasizing Tax Reform, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

• Engage in discussions with various business sectors to analyze processes and ascertain impacts.

• Organize and document action plans, schedules, and deliverables utilizing a PMO framework with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or equivalents.

• Aggregate information and create executive reports, presentations, and status updates for committees and senior leadership.

• Aid in the compilation of technical and strategic assessments regarding the effects of Tax Reform, including IBS/CBS, Split Payment, credits, and pricing.

• Help standardize project templates, forms, and checklists.

• Ensure coordination between ROIT's Tax, Tech, and PMO teams and the stakeholders of the client.

• Track KPIs and assist in the governance of deadlines, risks, and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in tax consulting.

• Familiarity with Tax Reform.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in transformation projects, consulting, PMO, or change management.

• Strong understanding of tax and business processes.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
