Tax Director – Global Information Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Increase revenue from current clients

• Oversee both short-term and long-term business strategies

• Manage all facets of the co-sourcing and outsourcing partnership

• Act as the primary client liaison; recognized as a trusted business consultant by clients

• Ensure compliance with quality control standards

• Engage directly with clients and lead the engagement team

• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere; show support for management decisions and cultivate a positive workplace culture

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or a related discipline

• At least 6 years in a supervisory role

• Must possess an active CPA or equivalent certification

• Capable of managing deadlines, handling multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively

• Proficient in relevant technology

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms across all organizational levels, internally and externally

• Demonstrated high standards of business integrity, client service, and leadership abilities

• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements
